We were up early this am, got in another run - boy, 7000ft elevation does make a difference!
We went to visit a couple that were instrumental in the beginnings of Tumaini; Pastor Mohamed and his wife, Emily. Emily was one of the two original teachers at Tumaini. They moved 10 years ago to Eldoret and have since started a church and another school - the school is ranked 2nd out of all the schools in it's district!

Then we began the long drive back to Nairobi! Again, good road, impatient drivers, slow trucks and beautiful scenery! We even managed to do some drive through produce shopping! If you stop along the side of the road, all these people will rush to your windows to sell you carrots, peas, cabbage, spinach.......... An experience! Below are a couple more photos for you - very hard to completely capture the true beauty, but Rachael did a pretty good job!
