It was difficult to say goodbye to our Rwandan family, they have become a huge, important part of our lives. We are blessed and honoured to have been made a part of the family and community. We would like to express our thanks to all in Nairobi and Kigeme who looked after us, entertained us as well as put up with us!
Just a final blog entry to let everyone know that Rachael and Carolyn are now home safely, a little jet lagged, but home! It was difficult to say goodbye to our Rwandan family, they have become a huge, important part of our lives. We are blessed and honoured to have been made a part of the family and community. We would like to express our thanks to all in Nairobi and Kigeme who looked after us, entertained us as well as put up with us! For those of you in Canada, we will do an updated newsletter on specifics of the projects. We also brought home many African crafts, so keep your eye out for our upcoming fundraisers. See slideshow below for more pictures.

It was a great pleasure to be with you again in Kigeme.

Rachael and Carolyn: it looks like you covered a lot of ground, that things are improving gradually, and that God is blessing what you do! Was it only Roger and Alayne that came with you this year? i was hoping that more would help to take up the torch! I still have contact with our Rwandan friends. God bless you as you continue this work!
